Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on non-bespoke items within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original, pristine, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Standard Items: Eligible for return or exchange for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
- Bespoke & Custom Orders: Given the artisanal nature of our custom marquetry and tailored commissions, these pieces are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
- Request: Please contact our concierge team at info@ddhomedubai.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Inspection: Once our team authorizes the return, we will arrange for a professional inspection of the item to ensure it remains in its original condition.
- Restocking: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns to cover the meticulous handling and quality verification of our high-end furniture.
- Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 45 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your piece arrives with damage from transit, please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of both the damaged item and the shipping carton. We will prioritize an immediate repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Storage Policy
- Complimentary Storage: We provide free storage for purchased products for up to 14 days from the date of invoice.
- Extended Storage: After 14 days, storage fees will apply at a rate of 5% of the invoice value per month, for a maximum of 3 months.
- Liability: D&D Home is not responsible for any loss or damage to items held in storage for over 3 months. No refunds or exchanges apply to items stored beyond this period.
- Unclaimed Items: If items are not collected within 3 months, D&D Home reserves the right to cancel the order and return the products to inventory. Refunds for cancelled orders will be subject to the deduction of accumulated storage fees, payment processing costs, and any other relevant administrative charges.
